To get proper sleep, we need to prepare ourselves. Besides these energy medicine techniques, you should also: drink some warm tea, shut down most of the lights, put on your sleeping clothes, stay away from electronics, go to bed at the same time every night, don't read in bed, get a sleep mask. You are training your body and mind that it is time to get a good night's rest.
